Musical: There will be a meeting at 11:45 in the Lecture Theatre tomorrow to announce this year's musical and share audition information for all students.
This Friday, October 3 we are going to be having a Jersey/Hat day to celebrate all of the sports seasons that have started and the playoffs coming up! Whether you have your favorite teams jersey, tshirt, hoodie or a hat, wear it on Friday and show your support!
Halloween 4 Hunger: Halloween 4 Hunger is officially starting Friday! Please bring your non-perishable food items in for the month of October. They will be collected and counted every week, and we will keep a competitive score between the homerooms to see who can bring the most non-perishable food items! Our point system is on the posters in the hallways, so please check them out! Participating can help your class win the most points and a pizza party at the end of October.

Holland College Combine: Holland College are offering Grade 12 students who are interested in creating an Athletic Profile the opportunity to obtain credible data through the testing and then meet with Holland College Varsity staff who will be on-site. Students will also be able to chat with SRM and Kin students and staff, as well as enjoy a full Strength and Fitness testing program. The event will take place on Friday, October 17th - 12:30 to 2pm.All athletes interested in attending must see Mr Barnes asap to reserve a space.
CRHS Tutor Program Want to earn extra cash as a tutor or need a tutor for extra help? Apply to the CRHS Tutor Program in Student Services. We will match tutors and students looking for help. Tutors earn $20/hour. Please note that tutors must be in grade 11 or 12. Subjects available for tutoring are dependent on the tutors available.

Grad Photos: Heckbert Studio will be at Rural from September 26th to October 17th to take grad photos of every potential grad. Follow the Charlottetown Rural link at heckbertstudio.com and sign-up immediately.
Queen’s University: Queen’s University will be here on Friday at 9:00 to present to interested students. If you would like to learn more about their programs, admission process, scholarships etc, come to student services and sign up. This will take place in the Lecture Theatre.
Post Secondary Day: will take place on Thursday, Oct 16th from 9:00-11:00 in the school cafeteria. This is a great opportunity for students to meet with recruiters from universities and colleges and learn about programs, admissions, scholarships etc.
U of Alberta: a rep from U of Alberta will be here on Nov 4th from 2:00-3:00. Students who would like to hear about their programs, admissions process, scholarships are welcome to attend. If you are attending, you must sign up in Student Services.
Dalhousie: a rep from Dal will be in the lobby on Nov 12th during lunch to talk with students about programs, admissions, etc.
