Course Changes will be completed through a GoogleForm this year. This form will be available for students on Friday, Sept. 6th at 5:00 PM: https://forms.gle/rxJQ1LeQQ5w5DBXw6
The link will be emailed to students later today. Students must be logged on to their school Google account to access the link. (Parents are not able to complete course changes for their children as the form is limited to school Google accounts only.)
There is limited space in our classes so course change requests will be prioritized according to the following criteria:
1. Necessary requirement for graduation
2. Required for post-secondary programming
3. A change in the programming level, i.e. academic/general
4. Schedule conflict
This process takes time and we have several staff members working on completing course requests so we ask for everyone’s patience. Students should check their PowerSchool regularly beginning Monday to see if changes have been made. Students should receive an email if their request is unable to be completed due to scheduling conflicts, full classes, etc. or if placed on Wait List.
