Raiders make sure to give us your song requests for the upcoming winter dance, we want to play beats that you and your friends want to dance to! The link will be in the instagram bio of our rural raiders instagram! You have only a week to put in the requests, we can’t wait to see them!

Tickets will be going on sale in the student store in the main lobby today for just $5, until price goes up to $10 next week. Don't miss your chance to get them at the discounted price before it increases for last minute purchases!

$2 tickets for the school band concert on Friday, December 6th will go on sale in the student store on Wednesday and Thursday this week.  Students who purchase tickets will have their name written on the ticket to prevent transference.  Students must report to their B block class on Friday morning, show their ticket and will be marked absent school approved.  Once attendance is recorded, students can proceed to the cafeteria where the concert will begin at 9:00.

The second Charlottetown Rural Free Thrift Market of the school year will take place today from 11:30-12:20 in the hallway outside Student Services. There will be clothes, winter coats, puzzles, and lots of other little things. Come on down and check it out!

Students from our school are organizing a performance at senior homes around Dec 15-20th. This is a great opportunity to show off your talents and interact with the senior community. If interested, please come to Ms MacDougall’s room, room 102 today at lunch from 11:40-12:20. Come prepared to briefly show your talent and more info will be provided then. Instruments/equipment won't be prepared for you so bring your own. Come out and have some fun, thank you!!

We have an Elf named "Story" hiding in the library and changing his hiding spot daily. Make sure to stop into the library and look for 'Story". While you are there you can enter a ballot to win a surprise. The draw will take place before we break for Christmas.

Pie the Teacher: on December 5th in the cafeteria at lunch, Students and Staff will have the opportunity to pie some teachers, Mr.Wynne (VP) and Ms.Minnis the principal for $20 per pie.

Mr. MacKay's class will hold a bake sale during lunchtime today supporting the Rudolph Campaign.

Rural Law Club: Students interested in the law and the trial process are encouraged to come join the new Rural Law Club. Our first meeting will be today beginning at 11:35 a.m. in room 227. All students are welcome. If you have any questions, drop by and see Mr. Avery in room 227.

Crochet Club: meets every Wednesday in room 333. Bring your lunch – all materials provided. Beginners and experts are all welcome!

Chess Club: will be held on Wednesday at lunch in room 306 with Mr. LeClair and Ms. Arnold.
