Wednesday-
Computing Club will meet in room 341 from 3:10 – 4:15.
Thursday-
Crochet Club will meet at lunch in room 333.
Ball Hockey- tryouts will be on Thursday at 4:00 at the Bunbury outdoor rink.
Track and Field practice for throwers is today at 11:45-12:15. Come try Shot Put, Discus and Javelin. Everyone welcome. Meet in the gym at 11:40.
Track and Field is off to a great start! A reminder that the sign up is in the gym. Please see the schedule in the gym and join the Rural Track and Field Google Classroom. The next practice is Wednesday at 11:45 for throwers only. Then Thursday at the UPEI track. 3:30 for distance, and 4:30 for sprinters, long and triple jumpers. Talk to Mr. Chaisson if you have any questions.
University of Toronto will be here on Thursday, June 9th at 2:00 to meet with grade 11 students who are interested in learning more about their programs. Students who are interested in attending this presentation must sign up in Student Services.
Safe Drivers PEI: Safe Drivers PEI will begin a new Driver Education program afterschool on May 6th. Students may register online at www.safedriverspei.com, by email at admin@safedriverspei.com, or during the first session in room 347.
Grade 12 Info:
Updated transcripts have been sent to all grade 12 students school emails. Students have 21 days to save it before the link expires. This will be the last updated transcript you will receive until June final marks. Be sure to save a copy.
Important information has been posted in the Grade 12 Google Classroom. Spring is a very busy time for scholarships. New scholarships will be added all the time so be sure to keep checking. There are also many other opportunities that won’t be posted in the classroom. Be sure to look for them. If you are a grade 12 student and are not in it, be sure to join it asap. All information post secondary, transcripts, scholarships, grad, prom etc will be communicated in the Classroom. The code to join is k5vgi4f. Parents are also welcome to join this classroom.
